Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Standard UK delivery takes an estimated 3–7 working days after dispatch, and we dispatch within 1–2 working days. If a product ships from our overseas warehouse it says so on the product page and takes 8–15 working days.

How much is delivery?

£4.99 for tracked standard delivery, or free on orders over £40.

Will I get tracking?

Yes. We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Yes: EU £14.99 and rest of world £23.99 or carrier-calculated. Import charges outside the UK are the customer's responsibility.

Returns

Can I return something?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return anything unworn and unused for a full refund. Email supportveyloelite@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send the UK return address. Full details are on our Delivery & Returns page.

My item arrived damaged or faulty

Email us a photo and your order number within 30 days and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full, return postage on us.

Sizing

How do the sizes run?

Most of our clothing runs small compared with UK high-street sizing. If you're between sizes, go up one. Every clothing product has a size guide with measurements in centimetres.
