Delivery

We dispatch orders within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

UK delivery options

  • Standard (tracked): £4.99, free on orders over £40. Estimated 3–7 working days after dispatch.
  • Express (tracked): £6.99. Estimated 2–4 working days after dispatch.

If an item is shipped from our overseas warehouse, this is stated on the product page and delivery takes an estimated 8–15 working days.

Outside the UK

EU: £14.99 standard international (10–20 working days). Rest of world: £23.99 or carrier-calculated rates shown at checkout. Import duties or taxes may apply to orders outside the UK and are the customer's responsibility.

Problems with delivery

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 working days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email supportveyloelite@gmail.com with your order number and we'll resolve it with a replacement or refund.

Returns & refunds

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return any unworn, unused item in its original packaging for a full refund.

How to return

  1. Email supportveyloelite@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
  2. We'll reply within 1 working day with the UK return address and instructions.
  3. Post the item back. Please use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.

We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item, including the cost of standard delivery if you return the whole order. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by you.

Faulty, damaged or not as described

We'll put it right with a replacement or a full refund, and we'll cover the return postage. Email us with a photo and your order number within 30 days of delivery.

Exceptions

  • Hygiene-sealed items such as the clay mask stick can only be returned unopened and sealed.
  • Items that have been worn, washed or damaged after delivery cannot be refunded unless faulty.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you also have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receipt. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
